When you first sign in to the Kinetik RCM platform, the Dashboard displays a Common Adjustment Reasons widget.
This data display in the lower right hand corner shows the rejection reason, how many times it's occurred within the selected date range—the default is the last 7 days—and the accompanying code. The purpose is to quickly get an idea of what's getting your claims rejected, at a glance.
