Any claim can be exported, with the data displayed in the classic HIC 1500 form format.

Exporting an Individual Claim

Exporting just one claim can be done from the individual claim view.

  1. Select a claim from the Claim Table view.

  2. Click on the Select Action button and pick Export PDF from the dropdown menu.

  3. The claim will then be saved in your browser’s designated download folder.

Exporting Multiple Claims

Exporting multiple claims can be done from the Claim Table view.

  1. Navigate to the Claim Table view.

  2. Click on the checkboxes for the claims you’d like to export.

  3. Click on the Select Action button and pick Export PDF.

  4. The claims will then be saved in your browser’s designated download folder.
