Once your claim is on the Kinetik platform, you can easily submit your claim, or claims for processing. Refer to any of the articles for getting claims into Kinetik by importing, uploading or manually creating a claim.
From the Claim Table
After importing your claims, you can find them by clicking on the successful import dialog box, or searching for claims that are in the Ready to Bill status. You can refer to the article on searching for claims for more information.
Select the claim, or claims you’d like to submit by clicking on the checkbox on the left-hand side of the list. If you’d like to select everything in the view, click on the checkbox at the very top of the list.
Next, click on Submit Claims in the upper right of the claim table
Finally, confirm the number of selected claims is correct, as well as the dollar amount and then click Submit Claims to finish.
From the Individual Claim View
When looking at an individual claim, you can submit the claim at any time by clicking on the Select Action dropdown menu and picking submit claim in the upper right corner. A window appears to confirm your selection; pick Submit Claim to finish.
Once your claims have been submitted, their status will be changed to Submitted, until they’re either Paid, or Rejected.
