Viewing and Adjusting Invalid Claims
Claims that are not valid, and consequently can not be submitted are indicated as invalid in the Claim Table View. Before you can successfully submit these claims, they must be adjusted.

Viewing Invalid Claims
Using the Search Claims Feature
Search for a range of claims to see all of the claims that match your query.
If any claims are invalid, there will be a red dot immediately to the left of the checkbox in the Claim Table view.
If you hover over the red dot, a small pop up box will display the reasons the claim is invalid.
If you click on the claim row, you’ll be taken to the individual claim view. The fields needed to be adjusted will be highlighted in red. You can also click on Errors in the right side panel to reveal all of the error areas in one place.
Using the Claim Breakdown Buttons
From the Claim Table view, you can use the Claim Breakdown buttons to quickly filter out Invalid claims
Adjust the date range, and set it for the dates you’d like to see the invalid claims for
Click the Invalid button to create a search showing all invalid claims for the aforementioned selected range.
Adjusting Invalid Areas
From the individual claim view, you can see the invalid fields highlighted in red.
Click on the edit button for the section corresponding with the error to provide the missing or incorrect information.
Note: In the event of a Prior Authorization error, the claim must be attested on the MAS portal, or in Trip Assistant.
