Viewing EOBs
Begin by navigating to the Payments Dashboard by clicking on Payments on the left-hand side navigation pane.
The Payments Dashboard displays ERAs by default. Click on EOB at the top of the list to view EOBs.
From the EOB list view, you can select any EOB to see additional details, and any associated claims.
Downloading EOBs
From the EOB list view, you can click on the ellipsis (three dots) button on the right side of an EOB in the list view.
