Searching Claims
Finding a claim begins on the Billing Dashboard. Select Billing on the left-hand navigation pane to go to the Billing Dashboard.

Note: if the left-hand navigation pane is only displaying icons for each section, click on the arrow under the Kinetik logo to toggle between the condensed and expanded views.
On the Billing Dashboard, there are a few ways you can look for a claim, or number of claims.
You can use the Search Claims box at the top of the Billing Dashboard. Fill in, or leave blank the relevant search parameters in that area and click “Search” to complete the query.
At the bottom of the page, the Claim Breakdown area has buttons for each claim status. By clicking any of them, you can quickly get a list of claims that have statuses that match the selected button. The default date range is the last month, but that can be adjusted by clicking the listed range in the upper right corner of that section.
Once you’ve executed a search, you can further filter your results on the Claim Table page. By clicking Filters, you can get additional options, allowing you to get a more granular view of your results.
If you’d like to begin a new search, you can start a new search without navigating away from your previous search results. Just click New Search at the top of the Claim Table. A dialog box will appear with the same options as the Search Claims box at the top of the Billing Dashboard.
Complete the query by filling in the search box to the extent you need, and click Submit to execute.
