Importing Claims
In order to begin using Kinetik’s RCM capability, you need to get your claims on to the platform. A common way to do this is to import claims from a connected broker’s platform or dispatch software.

Step-by-Step
1. Importing a claim begins on the Billing Dashboard. Select Billing on the left-hand navigation pane to go to the Billing Dashboard.
Note: if the left-hand navigation pane is only displaying icons for each section, click on the arrow under the Kinetik logo to toggle between the condensed and expanded views.
2. Next, select Import Claims in the upper right of the window. Once selected, the Import Claims dialog box will appear.
3. Complete the fields in sequence to complete the process.
Select the source. Your available sources will depend on what accounts and features are associated with your provider account.
Select the account(s). Only accounts associated with the selected Import Sources will be available. If there are no accounts, the list will be empty. If there is only one account, it will automatically be selected.
Select the date, or date range to import. Currently, some Import Sources only allow for a single day to be imported at a time.
Select Import to finish.
Note: Importing from MAS
Importing from MAS is like importing from any other source, however due to current constraints, only one day can be imported at a time.
Warning Message
If an import, or file upload is currently in progress, or being processed for your account for the selected day, you may see a warning message.
If abort is an available option, selecting it will stop the previous import and start the process from the beginning. Use this option sparingly, as it may cause some claims to be imported incorrectly or you may halt importing for another member under your provider.
