How to Edit a Claim

Editing Claims

After a claim has been created, or imported, you can edit it at any time. Navigate to the Claim Search view to begin.

Editing a Single Claim

  1. Select a claim in the Claim Search view to see an individual claim.

  2. On this Claim View page, scroll to the section you’d like to change, and click edit in the upper right corner of the section in question.

  3. The fields will then allow you to make changes. Complete your changes, and click update at the bottom of the box.

Editing Multiple Claims

  1. On the Claim Search View, you can select multiple items by clicking on the checkbox on the left hand side of the list.

  2. Select the claims you’d like to edit, and then click on the Select Action button.

  3. Pick Bulk Edit to reveal a sidebar that allows you to select the section you’d like to change on the selected claims; once you pick a parameter, the relevant options are then shown below.

  4. Make your selections, then hit Update.
