Step-by-Step

Maintaining records is an important part of HIPAA compliance, and the Kinetik platform retains all files for the required length of time. You can view, or download your files at any time.

Viewing Files

  1. In order to view your files, click on Files in the left-hand side panel.

  2. On the Files page you can filter by file type by selecting the extension you wish to see in the Folders list.

  3. You can also search for files by name by using the search field at the top of the Folders list.

Downloading Files

When browsing your files on the File page, you can click on any file to download it.

Viewing 837 File Errors

  1. Locate any 837 Files that are labeled rejected in the Files menu.

  2. Click on the Rejected text to navigate to the File Error page.

  3. Click on any of the listed errors to jump to the line in the 837 file with the problem.

  4. At any point, you can click on Download 999 to download the 999 file.
