Updated over a year ago

If the patient needs to repeatedly take this trip, such as regular dialysis appointments, it’s possible to turn your trip into a recurring trip.

Step-by-Step

Creating a Recurring Trip

When creating the first leg of your trip, the top of the Create Trip form has a switch that can be flipped to turn the trip into a recurring trip.

After clicking on, or flipping the switch, you can configure the settings for your recurring trip, such as what days you’d like to have the trips recur—click on the days you’d like to exclude—as well as establishing a date range.

Viewing Recurring Trips

At any point, you can view your recurring trips by clicking on the disclosure triangle on the left hand side navigation menu to see all trip options. The last item on the list is Recurring Trips. Click on Recurring Trips to see a table of all your recurring trips; this view can quickly display some of the relevant details like duration, and what days are included in the recurring trip schedule.

Editing Recurring Trips

From the Recurring Trips table, click on the kebab (three dots) button next to the recurring trip you’d like to edit, and pick Edit Date Range. A pop up window will appear with the Recurring Trip Settings. Make the changes you’d like, then click Confirm to finish.
