Step-by-Step
Begin by clicking on the disclosure triangle next to trips on the left hand side navigation to reveal a menu, then pick All Trips.
This brings you to a table with every trip you’ve got on the platform, no matter the status, within the listed date range at the top.
You can search for trips along a number of dimensions to find what you want. Some of the options are:
Patient Name
Status
(Payor) Account
DateYou can also filter the claims by some additional fields by clicking on Filter in the upper right hand corner. When the side menu appears, you can pick criteria such as vehicle type to further narrow down your search.
