Kinetik’s Trip Assistant also serves as your patient database across the Kinetik platform—including RCM and Trip Scheduler. You can search for and manage your patients easily in Trip Assistant.

Step-by-Step
Begin by navigating to the patient table by clicking Patients on the left hand sidebar.
Next, click in the Search field, and begin typing in the patient’s details you’re looking for. You can search for a patient by name, or their Insured ID. Once you begin typing, the search executes in real time, filtering the results based on what you’ve typed into the field.
