If a trip has supplemental content, such as a voucher or a signature, you can add that content to the ride. If you are using a dispatch system that collects electronic signatures, this feature can be used to manually store signatures in the event you are unable to do so electronically.
Adding a File
Begin by navigating to the trip you'd like to add a file to
Next, go to the Related Files section of that record, and click Upload Attachment. Note: each leg has a Related Files section, so you can add files that are relevant to the leg in question.
Finally, either drag and drop the file you'd like to add, or click the browse files button and navigate to the file using your computer's file navigator.
Note: only csv, pdf, jp(e)g, and png files are accepted.
