How Can I Reassign a Trip to a Different Provider?

If a trip has already been assigned but needs to be updated, you can easily re-assign it to a different transportation provider.

Steps to Re-Assign a Trip:

  1. Open the Trip Details:
    Click into the trip you want to update to open the Trip Details page.

  2. Click "Re-Assign Trip":
    If the trip is currently assigned to a provider, you’ll see a Re-Assign Trip button. Click it to open the assignment panel on the right-hand side.

  3. Select a New Provider:

    • Search for the provider by name, or

    • Click View All Providers to compare rates for all available providers.

  4. Assign the Trip:
    Click on the provider you wish to assign the trip to, then click Assign to confirm the change.

A confirmation will appear once the re-assignment is successful.
