When creating a trip for a patient, in addition to inputting the street address for the pickup and drop-off, you have the ability to input coordinates.
During Trip Creation
Click into the field for Pickup Location.
Click Enter Coordinates.
A popup window will display fields where you can input the latitude and longitude.
Click Use Address.
