How to Cancel Multiple Trips Simultaneously

The All Trips section allows you to select and cancel multiple trips at once in just a few steps.

Step-by-Step

  1. Navigate to Trips > All Trips in the left menu.

  2. Select the trips you want to cancel by clicking the checkbox next to each one. To select multiple trips at once, hold Shift and click to select a range.

  3. Once trips are selected, a toolbar will appear at the top with action buttons. Click Cancel Trips.

  4. A confirmation modal will appear showing the total number of trips selected. Complete the following fields:

    • Cancellation Reason (required): Select a reason from the dropdown. If you select Other, an additional text field will appear where you can enter more detail.

    • Confirmation: Type cancel X trips (e.g., cancel 6 trips) in the confirmation field to confirm the action.

  5. Click Cancel X Trips to finalize. Note that any subsequent trips in the same itineraries will also be cancelled, and this action cannot be undone.
