If a Health Plan / Payor or Broker sends you a trip you can not fulfill, you can reject the trip. Rejecting the trip sends it back to the Payor so another Transportation Provider in the network can complete that patient's rides. Trips sent to you are assumed accepted, unless rejected. If you do not reject the trip, the patient will not get picked up and will miss their appointment.
To Reject a Trip
Search for the trip you'd like to reject.
Click on the checkbox on the left side of the trip, or trips you'd like to reject.
Click on Select Actions in the upper right corner, and pick Reject Trips.
In the window that appears, select the reason for the trip rejection.
Click Confirm to complete the process.
Note: If it's under 24 hours until the trip time, an additional alert will appear to warn you.
