If a trip's status in your dispatch system isn't showing correctly in Trip Assistant, you can resynchronize the trip(s) to resolve the issue.
Step-by-Step
Navigate to All Trips in the left hand menu.
Click the checkbox next to the trip(s) you'd like to resync, or select the checkbox in the header row to select all trips.
Click on the Select Action dropdown menu in the top right corner and click Resync Selected Trips.
