Applies to Health Plans with the Kinetik Health App enabled.
You can now cancel trip requests directly from the request details page without approving first. Members receive a single, clear cancellation notification.
Cancel a Trip from the Request Page
Click Requests in the left-hand sidebar.
Click on a trip to open the request details.
Review the trip details, then choose an action using the buttons in the upper right corner:
Approve – Accept the trip request.
Deny – Decline the request.
Cancel – Cancel the trip directly.
If you click Cancel, you will be prompted to select a cancellation reason before confirming.
