Cancel Trip Requests from the Health App Directly from the Request Page

Applies to Health Plans with the Kinetik Health App enabled.

You can now cancel trip requests directly from the request details page without approving first. Members receive a single, clear cancellation notification.

Cancel a Trip from the Request Page

  1. Click Requests in the left-hand sidebar.

  2. Click on a trip to open the request details.

  3. Review the trip details, then choose an action using the buttons in the upper right corner:

    • Approve – Accept the trip request.

    • Deny – Decline the request.

    • Cancel – Cancel the trip directly.

  4. If you click Cancel, you will be prompted to select a cancellation reason before confirming.
