Deactivating a transportation provider removes them from eligibility for both auto-assignment and manual assignment. Deactivation helps maintain accurate provider availability and prevents scheduling errors.
Step-by-step
Navigate to Transport Providers
Go to the Transport Providers section in Trip Scheduler.Open the Provider Profile
Select the provider you wish to deactivate to open their profile.Deactivate the Provider
Click the red Deactivate Provider button located in the top-right corner of the profile.Confirm Deactivation
Approve the action if prompted to ensure the provider is successfully deactivated.
Result
The provider is immediately removed from all assignment workflows and can no longer be selected for trips—either automatically or manually.
