Atlas includes a labeling feature that helps you organize, prioritize, and quickly identify important items across the platform. You can group labels into custom categories (such as "Risk Level" or "Follow-Up Needed") and apply them to members, trips, providers, notes, or documents. Colored labels stay visible across all views and detail pages, and you can use them to filter information so your team can surface high-priority items and manage operations more efficiently.
1. Configure Labels
Navigate to Settings > Configuration > Label Management.
Click Add Label.
Complete the three fields:
Type (required): Select the type of record the label applies to.
Members: Applied to a member's profile.
Transportation Providers: Applied to a provider's profile and shown during trip assignment.
Trips: Applied to a trip. You can filter by these labels in the All Trips table when the Trip Label column is enabled.
Notes: Applied to any note in a member's profile.
Documents: Applied to any document in a member's profile.
Universal: Can be applied to any of the types above.
Category (optional): Group the label under a category, such as "FWA" (fraud, waste, and abuse) or "Follow-Up Needed."
Label (required): Enter the label name.
Save the label.
