How to Perform a Hard Refresh

Updated over 5 months ago

Sometimes, your browser may continue displaying an outdated version of a page due to cached files stored locally. This can happen after product updates, design changes, or other content updates. A hard refresh forces your browser to bypass the cache and load the most up-to-date version directly from the server.

Performing a Hard Refresh:

On a Mac

  • Chrome, Firefox, or Safari:
    Press Command (⌘) + Shift + R

On a PC (Windows)

  • Chrome or Firefox:
    Press Ctrl + F5

  • Edge:
    Press Ctrl + Shift + R

If the issue persists, you may also try clearing your browser cache manually through your browser’s settings.
