Creating a Trip in Kinetik Trip Scheduler begins at the Home page. The Home page is the first area presented when you launch Trip Scheduler. Alternatively, you can navigate there by clicking on the house icon in the left-hand navigation bar.
Once at the Home page—indicated by a customized welcome message—begin by searching for a Member by name. As you begin typing, suggestions for members whose names match your input will appear. After confirming you have the correct member, you can either click on their name to access the member’s profile or click on the create trip button to create a trip.

Recurring Itinerary (If Applicable)
Every trip flows through the Recurring Itinerary builder:
If the trip is not recurring, just click Skip.
If it is recurring:
Set a Start and End Date.
All recurring itineraries are end date inclusive, meaning a trip will be created for the final day.
Choose Frequency and Interval (e.g. every 2 weeks).
Select which days of the week the trip occurs.
You can exclude specific dates, including the end date, if needed.
Tip: Make sure your End Date reflects the actual last day the member needs transportation — not just the end of the week or month.
