Reset Your Password

This article provides step-by-step instructions for resetting your password, whether you've forgotten it or simply want to update it for security purposes.

Forgot Password?

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it from the login screen by clicking the Forgot Password link. An email will be sent to you with a temporary password to regain access to your account. Once logged in, you’ll be prompted to create a new password for added security.

  1. From the login screen, click Forgot Password?

  2. Enter your Kinetik username and email address in the designated fields.

  3. Click Submit to Reset Password.

  4. Reset instructions will be sent to your email address.

    1. If the email isn’t in your inbox, be sure to check your spam or junk folder.

  5. Log in with the temporary password provided to you in the email. You will be prompted to enter a new password upon login.

Reset Your Password From Settings Page

If you're already logged in and want to update your password, you can do so in your account settings.

  1. To access the Settings page, click the gear icon located in the bottom right corner.

  2. Click the Profile tab.

  3. Click Edit Profile.

  4. Enter your new password in the password field and click Save.
